Barophiles

Barophiles are micro-organisms which can thrive under great pressure. They live deep in the surface of land or water. There are three types of these micro-organisms barotolerant, barophilic, and extreme barophiles. Barotolerant extremophiles can not live up to 400 atmospheres under water or earth, but grow best in a climate 1. Barophilic extremophiles grows best in the higher pressure of up to 500-600 spaces. Extreme barophiles to make the best 700 or more of the atmosphere, but some survive at 1 atmosphere. Part of the deep ocean is divided into layers called the premises and is divided into zones called the premises. Ocean atmosphere is low: 1000 meters below the surface of the ocean, atmosphere and the deepest Ocean is 7000 m below the surface is ocean.

One atmosphere in the ocean is equal to 10 meters below the surface of the ocean. This means that barotolerant extremophiles can survive is 4000 meters, barophilic extremophiles can not live up to 6000 meters, and the extreme barophiles can not live up to 7000 meters below the surface of the ocean.

Freezing temperatures that occur because the deepest parts of the country, barophiles also be psychrophiles. If you put two names together, you have a micro-organism that can carry up to both extremes.
Barophiles how to identify?
As you go lower into the sea or on land, the pressure to grow and make changes to barophiles its ability to bind the enzymes in one organism. However, Extreme barophiles have been able to adapt by making specific proteins / enzymes, which do not hold the cell structure together to allow the normal chemical reactions take place. Proteins also surround barophillic organisms by providing them with greater protection of pressure. Unsaturated fatty acids were also found to contain Extreme barophiles. These fatty acids provide protection from the cold and the pressure ..
How barophiles multiply?
Barophiles reproduce more slowly than do other extremophiles. High pressure and freezing temperatures are responsible for their slow growth. Barophiles reproduce either sexual or asexual reproduction.

Barophiles What to do?
Not much known what to do barophiles. Researchers explore ways to use special enzymes and fatty acids are produced by extremophiles production of food and other industry-related areas.
