Welcome to the Create a Portfolio in 6 Days Email Class. This is the first of 6 daily lessons. If you are receiving this class in error, see the link at the bottom of this email to unsubscribe from the class.

In our first lesson we hit on the basics of why you need a a portfolio. Each lesson in this class consists of 1 or 2 pages of instruction and an assignment. If you do the steps outlined in each of the assignments, by the end of the class you will have at least the beginnings of a useable portfolio.

Lesson 1: Why Use Portfolios
Use graphic design portfolios to strut your stuff. In this lesson we cover why you do (or don't) need a portfolio. In the accompanying assignment I'll ask you to answer a series of questions and you'll begin gathering some of the materials that you may eventually use in your portfolio.
