I am a shareholder with a Diamond Company in U.K and we have been in
business for over 23 years. Just recently I was advised by the doctor
that I would need to undergo Kidney transplant. Presently, I have
being lying critically ill at the hospital which was why I asked the
doctor to write you this mail on my behalf, due to the fact that the
symptom of my illness has started effects in my life and the doctors
advised immediate surgery but my problem now is that I have no donor
yet, my relatives have totally refused to donate one part of their
kidney. But that notwithstanding, I needed to establish contact with
