  "The Harry Potter Referral Strategy Revealed"

Last night my wife and son went to see an early
screening of the new Harry Potter movie.

Their screening started at 7:00PM and when they
came out of the theatre, there were hundreds of
people waiting to get into the official midnight
screening of the movie.

My wife told me that they felt kinda cool and
special as they walked out of the theatre and
seeing all those people because they had been
invited to a very private PRE pre-screening of the
movie.

The LOVED it.

They felt special.

How Did They Get Access to a PRE Pre-Screening?
_________________________________________________


Well, they were invited by our dentist, Dr. Wendy
Willett.

Dr. Willett is a pediatric dentist.

She bought the ENTIRE theatre for that showing and
somehow worked a deal with the movie studio to get
the movie and show it to her patients.

So Dr. Willett entered ALL her patients into a
pool and randomly picked out enough patients to
fill the theatre.

One parent and her children patients were allowed
to come.

She had all the winners drive down to her office
to personally pick up the tickets in advance. So
she was able to give the tickets to all her
patients on a one-to-one basis.

And then when people showed up at the theatre, she
was the first one there to greet them.

She also gave them all a custom t-shirt to wear.
It made them all feel special and like a
community.

How Dr. Willett Gets Referrals Like Crazy

that we had a friend who was her patient.

That person LOVED Dr. Willett.

That person referred my sister in law and her six
children to Dr. Willett.

My sister in law referred my wife and our two

Why?

Because Dr. Willett always does stuff like the

She LOVES her patients and does all kinds of
special stuff for them and in turn we RAVE about
her to our friends and family members.

Do you send greeting cards to your customers to
express your appreciation and/or make them laugh
and get to know you better (i.e. fun photos of
your staff, your family, or other customers).

Do send a gift with a photo of you every now and
then just to say, "thank you" to your customers?

Do you have a "first time customer,"
"shock-an-awe" program to really blow away a new
customer?

Now, have you systemitized any of these referral
