The Secret to Getting Buyer Leads

Let me ask you a question.

Which would you rather have, (1) a lead
who requested to get something free from
you, or (2) a lead who opened up their
wallet and bought something from you?

If you chose #2, then you're smart.

When someone buys something from you the
chances of them buying again from you go
way up!

When you offer something low cost to get
someone to buy something from you, the
result is what we marketers call a "buyer
lead."

A buyer lead has been proven to be a much
higher quality lead in terms of your
ability to sell more to that person.

BUT, Here's the Problem With Buyer Leads
__________________________________________

You gotta sell something!

Yup, to create a buyer lead, you have to
sell something first.

So when you compare the result of
generating buyers leads and free optin
leads, you're going to get a LOT LESS
buyer leads.

Less leads equals less sales, right?

Not necessarily.

You might find that you'll eventually sell
more to fewer buyer leads than you would
have selling to more free optin leads.

You simply have to test which one works
better for you.

But I'm going to share a little secret
with you right now that has generated a
LOT of buyer leads for me in the past.

I call it the...

The Buyer Lead Maximization System

So we know you'll get more optins offering
something free to people.

But we also know that a buyer lead has 10
times the quality of a free lead.

So what if we were able to COMBINE BOTH
and get the maximum amount of free leads
and the maximum amount of buyer leads.

Wouldn't that be cool.

So here's how to do just that.

Step 1 - Create a free report that will be
very attractive to your target market.

Step 2 - Create a rocking landing page
(Don't cut corners on this. Spend the
money for a great landing page).

Step 3 - Create a great product that you
could and would sell for $49 (or buy a PLR
to a super high quality product).

The product should be a logical upsell
from the free report you created.

Step 4 - Create an upsell on the thank you
page of the free optin landing page.

Price your upsell lower than $20.

Step 5 - Send traffic to your landing
page.

Here's What You'll Discover
______________________________

When you you'll get the maximum amount of
free optins and when people are offered
the upsell, you'll find that around 30%
will say yes to your offer.

So, let's say you send 100 people your
landing page and it generates 10 optins.

Out of those 10 optins you'll get about 3
buyer leads.

If you just sent them to a site selling
your upsell by itself, you might get about
a 3% - 5% conversion, which would result
in 3-5 buyer leads and NO free optin
leads.

Do you get it?

So this is exactly what I do. I send
people to an optin page for a free report
and then offer them a very low cost
product as an upsell to generate a buyer
lead.

You end up with all your optins AND even
more buyer leads!

How good is that?
