TODAY'S ARTICLE:
7 Appreciation Marketing Tactics Revealed
Yesterday I dropped some boxes off at the
local post office.
Although I rarely walk into my local post
office, ALL the front desk employees know
me by name.
It's crazy!
I walk in and they all say, "Hi Mr. Frey."
I used to be an every day customer at the
local post office when I started my
information marketing business back in
2000.
But once I started becoming a bit more
successful, I used an outsourced
fulfillment house and didn't have to go to
the local post office any more.
But today, when I walk in there, and they
all call me by name, I feel like a million
bucks!

Which Leads Me To My Main Point...
_______________________________________
If anyone at the post office asked me to
buy something from them, I would give it a
good consideration.
Why?
Cause they like me! (and I like them.)
This is their competitive advantage. They
have the likeability factor and they've
earned because they are nice to me.
This upcoming year, as business people, we
need to make plans to reach out to our
customers more and show them our
appreciation.
Those efforts will bring you more repeat
customers and referred customers.
So here's some ideas for putting this idea
into action...

7 Ideas for Showing Appreciation
____________________________________
1. Send out personal, heartfelt, thank you
cards to everyone that buys from you.
2. Do special events just for past
customers.
3. Give something special to repeat
customers who have purchased multiple items
from you.
4. Send special gifts to the 20% of your
customers that produced 80% of your
profits.
5. Send a broadcast voicemail to all your
best customers to say thank you.
6. Create a special customer appreciation
video to send to your customers.
7. Use JiveVideoSystems.com and create
personal appreciation videos that you can
send to your best customers on an
individual basis.
These are just a few ideas, there's many
more.
"Appreciation Marketing" will have one of
the highest ROI's of any type of marketing
that you do (and it will make you and your
customers feel great!).
