Finding the right coordinate to start a circle or any other object is essential for accurate drawings. And you don't want to waste time doing it either. Here are two tips that will help you get the coordinate you need without delay.

1. Draw a circle centered in a rectangle

It's common to need to place a circle in the middle of a rectangle, especially in mechanical drawings. It's easy to do using object snap tracking.

Object snap tracking tracks the coordinates on object snaps and for this task, you need to track the midpoint of the rectangle's sides.

Here are the steps...

2. Find coordinates

Some coordinates are easy to find. For example, to find the endpoint of a line, you just use the Endpoint object snap.

But others are more elusive.

Yeah, I haven't written you guys in about
a month now.

I took a lot of time off with my family for
the holidays and now it's time to get
back to work.

Uuhhh, well, not yet.

Actually, I leave on Friday for a 10 day
cruise with my wife in the Caribbean.

But hopefully, during that time I'll be
able to write you guys while aboard the
ship.

The New Thing for 2012...

Well, the new thing this year is the same
thing every year. It's spelled out with
5 letters.

F O C U S

Yup, it's time to really get rid of all the
distractions and focus on the vital few
activities that will grow your business.

Focus Point # 1 is selecting the vital
activities to do and...

Focus Point # 2 is once you've selected the
vital activities, you need to buckle down
and DO THEM.

By the way, one thing that's helped me to
do this lately is putting a timer on the
top of my laptop.

I set the timer for 60 minutes and during
those 60 minutes I focus super hard on one
activity.

learned over the last 12 years of doing
internet marketing is that you MUST have a

Yesterday I dropped some boxes off at the
local post office.

Although I rarely walk into my local post
office, ALL the front desk employees know
me by name.

It's crazy!

I walk in and they all say, "Hi Mr. Frey."

I used to be an every day customer at the
local post office when I started my
information marketing business back in
2000.

But once I started becoming a bit more
successful, I used an outsourced
fulfillment house and didn't have to go to
the local post office any more.

But today, when I walk in there, and they
all call me by name, I feel like a million
bucks!

Which Leads Me To My Main Point...

If anyone at the post office asked me to
buy something from them, I would give it a
good consideration.

Why?

Cause they like me! (and I like them.)

This is their competitive advantage. They
have the likeability factor and they've
earned because they are nice to me.

This upcoming year, as business people, we
need to make plans to reach out to our
customers more and show them our
appreciation.

Those efforts will bring you more repeat
customers and referred customers.

So here's some ideas for putting this idea
into action...

1. Send out personal, heartfelt, thank you
cards to everyone that buys from you.

2. Do special events just for past
customers.

3. Give something special to repeat
customers who have purchased multiple items

best customers to say thank you.

6. Create a special customer appreciation
video to send to your customers.

Today I wanted to step back and recoginize
some people who have reached out and
blessed the lives of others this year.

Some of these people I know, some I don't.
But I honor and respect each one of these
people.

They are doing great things for people in
this world. These people understand that
what's most important in life.

Stu and Amy Mclaren

Amy and Stu are the founders of
WorldTeacherAid.org, which builds schools
in Africa. Amy is really the fire behind
this chartiy.

Last year, Amy and Stu's charity build a
big, beautiful school in Kenya on an IDP
camp (internet refugee camp). I sit on the
board of this charity.

Okay, for those of you who know who Tellman
is, you know he's a little different. But
he has a big heart.

Last year, I watched in awe as he started
his "Run Tellman Run" campaign in which he
attempted to run across the nation
barefoot.

He did it in 2010, but I just wanted to
mention it because I loved what he was
doing. In fact, I was going to go out and
run with him for a few days.

(his foot got punctured and had to postpone
finishing the campaign)

Frank is a very successful real estate
expert and he does a lot of charity work
down in Haiti.

His Caring House project, which creates
self-sufficient villages in Haiti. Over,
